The compressor is Bitzer ammonia
screw compressors, and we custom designed the oil separators to suit a more industrial system. The Bitzer
screws are more simplified and do not have the many sensors and the capacity slide valve typical from other
screw compressors. also have a robust Flow-Ice pump, without flow meters. The mechanical flow
indicator will be manually adjusted with a water regulator valve to suit the flow rate required. The Bitzer screw
will also be started with Star/Delta starting gear and overall a much simplified package with less chance for
electronic or sensor problems, through the operation in harsh environments.
