3 pieces of vacuum fish pumps on one skid
The sytem consits of:
• Vacuumtank
• liquidringpump
• Returnwater/circulationstorage tanks pumpsystem
• Water/fishseparator
Each pump is provided with 1 vacuum/pressure valve, 1 free-travel valve (butterfly-valve mounted on the vacuumtank:) and 1 4-way valve which controls the direction of the vacuum/pressure. Also has each pump a hand-operated valve to disconnect the pump from the system (in cause of failure ). By chosing another pump on the operating panel, the system can continuo with processing.
A watertank: is mounted on top of the pump-foundation. The water is needed to build up pressure in the pump and it also provides the cooling for the pump.
Therefor is the watertank: cooled by means of a cooling pipeline which is connected to a cooling system. ·
Used for transport fish in several areas in a factory, and empty a fishing vessel.
All 3 are a push pull system
Include a cold water tank on top of the unit.
